Group therapy

Group therapy, is led by a professional counselor who leads a small group of people (usually six to ten), in regular sessions that last 60 to 90 minutes in the form of educational lectures or workshops. This is a safe, supportive setting to discuss difficult emotions and experiences isolation and loneliness when surrounded by others with similar struggles. An interaction with others quickly brings issues to the surface, allowing them to be resolved under the guidance of a therapist. The Group therapy can help in:
